George F. Beasley III is the founder of GFB3 Global and the CEO and President of G Franklin Fashions, a premium men's apparel brand dedicated to timeless style, exceptional craftsmanship, and purpose-driven leadership.
Before establishing G. Franklin Fashions, George served in a variety of influential leadership roles, including full-time youth pastor, public school motivational speaker, weekly radio host, field representative for World Evangelism, and both associate pastor before becoming the lead pastor of Dominion Faith International Church in Sacramento, California, where he faithfully served for more than a decade.

During his years in youth ministry, George authored two practical ministry resources, Nuts and Bolts of youth Ministry Mechanics and MAPS: Motivation, Attitude, and Plan for Success, a life-skills workbook designed to equip teenagers with biblical principles and practical tools for everyday life.
​
He is also the author of the memoir, George of the Miami Concrete Jungle: From Prison to the Pulpit - A Story of Redemption, a powerful account of his upbringing in Miami during the 1960s and 1970s and the life-changing journey that led him from incarceration to a life transformed by the grace of God.

George attended Mannequin Manor Fashion Academy and Trinity Life Bible college, which later became Epic Bible College, where he earned both an Associate of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Ministerial Studies with an emphasis in Pastoral Leadership.

A gifted communicator, George has spent decades encouraging audiences through conferences, leadership seminars, corporate events, public school assemblies, universities, correctional facilities, youth camps, men's camps, conferences, and church gatherings throughout the United States and Internationally, from Hawaii to Europe. His ministry has been featured on United Christian Broadcast, TBN's The 700 Club, and numerous cable television programs.

Whether speaking, writing, mentoring, designing, or leading, his passion is to inspire people to discover their God-given purpose, overcome adversity, and leave a lasting legacy of faith, integrity, and service.

George and his wife, Jackie, have been married for more than 42 years. They reside in Sacramento, California, and are blessed with three adult daughters, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Together, they remain committed to serving God and investing in the next generation of leaders.
